Loving-Kindness Meditation

Practicing the wish that all beings will be happy, content and fulfilled. Offered in two 30 minute sessions. All ages
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm, 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm

Compassion Meditation
Kat Tudor, Sun Water Garden Spa
Practicing the wish that all beings will be free from suffering. Offered in two 30 minute sessions. All ages
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm, 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm

Walking Meditation
Steve Berger, Sun Mountain Sangha
Walk in joy as if your feet are kissing the earth. Relieve tension and calm the mental chatter. Offered in two 30 minute sessions. All ages
2:30 pm to 3:00 pm, 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm

Koan Practice
Sarah Bender, Springs Mountain Sangha
Traditional Zen practice of looking deeply.
Offered in one 60 minute session. All ages
2:30 pm until 3:30 pm

Food And Socializing
Enjoy treats, cake, fruit and cookies lovingly provided by our local Sanghas and Communities. Meet with friends and neighbors, make new connections. All ages

Meditation
Meditation sessions will be offered all day long, from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm except for program hours of 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

KIDS PROGRAM

During the programs, the kids will create prayer flags in the open area on the 1st floor.

Chanting

Display of The Prayer Flags
4:00 pm
The kids will display the prayer flags they created earlier in a lesson of impermanence. All will have them to take home with them.

Please bring a dish to share and flowers with vases. Tablecloths and utensils are also needed — please mark them with your name.

Parking will be available at the Tajine Alami restaurant next door

Suggested donation: $5.00

Information tables will be available throughout the day.
