“Is Anything Missing From This Moment?”

An Introduction to Zen Meditation
Hakuin Ekaku, the eighteenth century Zen teacher said that the benefits of Zen Practice have their source in meditation. This time together, beginning with a Friday evening and then again on Saturday, will allow us the time and space to explore, moment-by-moment, how it is to sit in Zen Meditation.

This is not so much of a “class about meditation”, but will be Meditation itself.  Prepare to Dive In! We will explore postures and positions for Sitting Meditation; experience Walking Meditation and ways to explore the world in front of us. We will have time for discussion as well as time for silence. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome, from any and all traditions.
