However, the regular Springs Mountain Sangha meditation schedule will continue online using ZOOM.ZOOM is an easy-to-use video conferencing tool that is used to bring people together over the Internet. You can use ZOOM to access SMS Mediation from your computer, a smart-phone or any regular telephone.

Short Instructions: Click on the link below on your computer and you’re in! From a Mobil Phone, download the ZOOM App and either click on the link from your email or enter the Meeting ID. From a Telephone: call the number and enter the Meeting ID.
